1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Imam app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Imam is a mobile application designed to help Muslims build daily habits related to Quran reading, prayer times, and Islamic knowledge through visual insights and tracking features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the app, you may be required to create an account using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Imam offers premium features through in-app subscriptions. Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or servers connected to the app
• Use the app to transmit any harmful or malicious code

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Imam app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Imam and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
